Flavor - Sweet syrupy, medium body, taste of blueberries, milk chocolate with a nice floral aroma.
Origin - Ethiopia, Panama and Brazil
How we enjoy it - The medium roast with its complex sweetness works excellent as a pour over or in a French press. Though the beans aren't from Texas, we felt it represented Texas with its assertive flavors but being sweet at the same time
